Perry teaches on ridding the house of sin and overcoming the enemy by applying the blood of the Lamb and the word of your testimony. This is receiving Jesus into your heart and confessing He is your Lord. Perry uses Scripture and historical references to explain the processes that the ancient Israelites would do, through God's instructions, to purge their homes of sin and guard the threshold of their homes from evil. House here refers to both the physical house and the temple of the Holy Spirit (your Christian self). The heart is an entrance way to either good things or evil things. "You need to know where you stand with the Lord...if you've never found peace with God, if you've never accepted a redemptive covenant that forgives you of your sin and guarantees you with eternal life find Christ today and call on His Name."
1) Inspect the house.
2) Sanctify the house by applying the blood of the Lamb and the word of your testimony.
3) Guard the doorway.
